It is important to note that FED Net Liquidity is calculated using the formula – the Fed Balance Sheet minus the Treasury Account minus the Reverse Repo Rate (RRP). That is, it is the money that is actually free. After all, the money that the Treasury has accumulated is withdrawn liquidity.
